27.5 Trail Bike Wheels: Brand New

Post by DHgnaR on Thu Sep 11, 2014 6:25 pm

Anyone interested in some 27.5 trail bike wheels?

Specs:
Novatec hubs (XD driver compatible)
Alex Rims Evo 2.3 hoops

They are brand new and have never been ridden or even mounted. I know Alex Rims isn't the first rim you think of when you want a nice wheelset but in all honesty, I've had their "DH" rims on my big bike for almost a year now and despite being lighter than Stans EX Flows, they've held up amazingly (this under a 250lbs guy who spent a few weeks at Whistler).
Don't know the actual weight of the wheels but they feel light, if that matters to you.

Looking for $300, they probably retail for around $500.

what are the dimensions of the hubs? is front 15x100? rear 12 x 142?
also, do you know what the rim widths (internal, external) are?

Thanks.

Yep, I always forget to post that stuff.
15mm front and 12x142 rear, pretty sure it's 23mm internal width.

Someone take these! I promise, it's a good wheelset for mega cheap! Think Azonic Outlaws or Loaded wheels without the weight penalty.
